Baking Times/Oven Temp:

Oven temps vary thus baking times do.  Keep an eye on things you bake or pick up an oven thermometer.


I am often pretty loose with my seasoning recommendations.  Baking is a precise science which requires a scale. Cooking is an art that requires you to taste food as you go.


I am a Jewish grandmother at heart. I will most likely not put a serving number on dishes because I never think there will be enough. Suffice it to say, all of my recipes will feed a lot of people.
